Good condition: the disc and the numbered plexiglass containing the piece of film are in excellent condition. However, the plastic flap at the front of the box has broken at the edge (these boxes have this known issue that they were designed in such a way that the opening plastics wear out quickly). I have reattached it with a discreet adhesive placed on the inside (photos).
