Hand-knitted 1-month bonnet and slippers, New, baby knit Here is a small set including a round bonnet and a pair of small slippers, light blue (a bit like charron blue) and light off-white, very flexible, knitted in moss stitch and fancy stitch - The slippers are closed by a light off-white double-sided satin ribbon. I have enhanced the set with a light off-white ribbed hem, which allows for great stretch. The choice of wool and the stitches used make the set very flexible and stretchy. The measurements below are standard for a 1-month-old baby: Flat bonnet measurements: at the ribs approx. 9 cm flat but very stretchy for the head to pass through - in the middle of the bonnet approx. 13.5-14 cm stretchy - total height 17.5 cm (and approx. 14 cm with the hem turned up) Slipper measurements: soles approx. 7.5-9 cm and ankle circumference: approx. 12-13 cm stretchy. The work was knitted with the fine CALINOU wool from Bergère de France certified OEKO-TEX standard 100 (No harmful products), round yarn special baby which contains 25% wool for softness and 75% extra-soft acrylic. Wash at 30°.
