Theme/Motif: White relief sacred motif on a celestial blue background (technique of grand feu paste/Wedgwood style biscuit). It is a detail of The Last Supper depicting Jesus and the apostle John (the beloved disciple leaning against him) around the table with the chalice. Signature: Tharaud mark engraved in relief on the back of the porcelain. Frame/Mounted: Surrounded by an original twisted brass wire with its wall hanging ring. Dimensions: Diameter of about 10 cm. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No chips, no cracks on the porcelain, beautiful period patina of the brass.
