✨ Superb folk devotion item and vintage collectible! ✨ I am selling this authentic Catholic protection case for motorists / travelers in dark green soft plastic, probably dating from the 1960s/1970s. A true testament to piety and Walloon local history. 🔍 Features & Details : Very compact pocket dimensions: Approximately 4 cm x 6 cm (see photo with the ruler). Right side: Two magnificent embossed golden plaques/medals representing: Saint Christopher carrying the Infant Jesus (patron saint of travelers and motorists). Brother Mutien-Marie of Malonne (Belgian saint highly revered in the Namur region). Left side: Contains a handwritten devotional/emergency note from the time in blue ink: "I am Catholic. In case of an accident, please call a priest." written on behalf of a resident of the village of Gérin (commune of Onhaye). The paper has a beautiful patina from the passage of time. 📦 Condition: Very good vintage condition for its age. The plastic is soft, the welds are intact, and the golden plaques have retained all their brilliance.
