Selling super 45 rpm vinyl (EP / Medium) by Bob Azzam et son orchestre, including his immense worldwide hit Mustapha. Original French pressing from 1960 released under the mythical yellow and white Barclay label (Reference No. 72359 / 72359 M / 7 E BLY 4748). Printed by Glory, Paris. Tracklist (Track list): Side A: Mustapha (Fox Oriental - 2'44) / Padrone D'O Mare (Toi seule) (Bolero - 3'06) Side B: Tintarella Di Luna (Fox-Rock - 2'31) / T'Ho Vista Piangere (Slow-Rock - 2'35) Product condition: Cover: Fair / used condition. The front features a superb period photo very "yéyé / dolce vita" with Bob Azzam surrounded by dancers in oriental attire. The back has signs of time (natural yellowing, micro-tears on the bottom edge and slight wear marks on the cardboard flaps). Disc: Good visual condition. The black vinyl has retained its shine. The central labels (macarons) yellow and white Barclay "side profile face" with the BIEM logo are superb and very clean. Not tested on a turntable recently. A cult and festive record from the early 60s, ideal for collectors of retro gems or the Barclay era!
