Antique Art Nouveau frosted enamel glass vase - iris decor

Very nice antique frosted or satin white glass vase, adorned with an elegant floral decor representing irises. The flowers and foliage, painted in delicate shades of brown, gray and mauve, are made of enamel and have a slight relief that can be felt by touch. The neck, beautifully cut and faceted, is highlighted by a metallized line which adds a lot of refinement to the whole. A beautiful Art Nouveau style decorative piece, probably made at the beginning of the 20th century. Its aesthetic recalls some old French glassware, notably Legras or Montjoye productions, but the vase bears no signature allowing for certain attribution. Presence of the number '19' painted under the base. A particularly elegant piece, ideal for antique, romantic, Art Nouveau or cabinet of curiosities decoration. Very good general condition for its age. Presence of a small defect or slight indentation at the bottom, visible in the photographs, no leak and no impact on use.
