2. Prices

Product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Opla reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the app constitutes acceptance of the prices and products offered. Confirming your order entails acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank card or via the Opla points system. Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of the order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated when you confirm your order. Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of ordering.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

7. Warranties

The products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
